This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all products purchased through this Site: www.modernlawonline.com.

Exchanges will be made for other products only; no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

No exchanges will be made on any product that has any type of discount.

Exchanges will be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 If you need additional assistance, please contact us by clicking here.

 Shipping costs will be borne by the customer requesting the exchange.

Products will be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during shipping. We will not be responsible for any product being damaged or lost during the return process to our company.

No exchanges will be made for products that are not in perfect condition and without label or with all its accessories.

 The warranty is valid for 6 months and applies only to manufacturing defects. Products will be repaired and if not repairable, will be replaced by a new one. MODERN LAW will not be responsible for misuse or normal wear and tear of the material.

No exchanges for products coming from department stores, physical branches or branches located abroad.
